 Former national opener Gautam Gambhir is criticizing 'leader' Kohli . But cricket is a team game . Earlier, Gambhir had criticized Virat Kohli for not winning the trophy as the captain of Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL.  He questioned the qualifications of the leader Kohli.  As captain of Team India, Kohli has never won an ICC tournament.  In 2016, they lost to Pakistan in the final of the Champions Trophy and to  New Zealand in the World Cup semifinals last year.

 Gambhir said Kohli needs to understand the strengths and weaknesses of cricketers.  You should not compare your peers with yourself.  In the words of the former left-hander, “Kohli is different from the rest.  Many do not have the skills like him.  So it is very important to understand who the cricketer is.  You should not compare them with yourself or the rest with your own urging and enthusiasm.  Because every person is different.  Everyone has their own advantages and disadvantages, strengths and weaknesses. ”
