Is there a chance of reopening these 59 apps recently banned in India ?

India's most popular Chinese app, TikTok, went offline the day after 59 apps were banned.  As soon as the app is opened, the message related to this app block is floating on the screen in India.  However, users say that apps like ShareIt, UC Browser, Helo are still working.  Tiktok, on the other hand, said in a statement that the Indian government had sent them an explanation.  In addition, the Chinese app company has assured to keep the information of the customers safe.

The app is not going to be downloaded from Google Play Store and Apple App Store since Tuesday morning.  However, those who had already downloaded, there was no difficulty in using them.  But it also stopped after noon on this day.  This app goes offline through all means including mobile, tab, desktop.  It can no longer be used by any means.  As soon as the app is opened, the message for the users is floating: The app has been closed as per the guidelines of the Government of India.  Protecting the privacy and information of Indian users is our priority.  The company has also given this message by sending it to the customers' mobiles as a push notification.

Tik-tok has been temporarily blocked in India in the past on multiple allegations that it is not compatible with Indian culture, has a negative impact on society, and incites sexuality.  Although later re-launched.  But the question is, the rest of the apps except TikTok still remain in the Play Store and App Store.  Many have raised the question, even though the government has given a list of 59 apps, is the main target TikTok?

Again, looking at the ministry's guidelines, it was thought that the apps were completely banned.  But on this day, it is known that this announcement is interim.  The government has asked for an explanation from these apps.  Until then, these apps will be closed.  However, these apps can be re-opened if they can respond appropriately and ensure security.  As a result, the apps have been banned due to tensions following the Indo-Chinese military conflict in the Galwan Valley, but many believe they will be reopened once they are in peace.

Tiktok, however, has given the message of cooperation with the government.  In a statement, Nikhil Gandhi, the agency's Indian chief, said they had been asked to explain to the government and all parties concerned.  He also assured that the information of the customers will be protected as the process has already started.

In the statement, Nikhil Gandhi said, "The Indian government has issued an interim order banning 59 apps, including TikTok, seeking clarification.  We will explain to the government and all concerned parties.  TikTok complies with the confidentiality and protection of information under Indian law.  No user information was shared with China or any other country.  However, if the question arises, we will make it more flawless.  We protect users' information at all times. "

Along with this, the TikTok authorities have also tried to garner sympathy by covering the issue of Indian emotions and employment.  In a statement, Nikhil Gandhi said, "Internet usage has been democratized with the use of TikTok in 14 Indian languages.  Billions of users, artists, storytellers, teachers, performers depend on it. ”TikTok has about 2,000 employees in India.  A large section of those workers are also concerned about New Delhi's decision.  Nikhil's statement said, "About 2,000 workers are determined to abide by all the rules and regulations of the Government of India.

However, according to the information, the decision was taken by BitDance, the parent company of TikTok.  The company has lost millions of users in India.  So now the authorities are desperately trying to launch this video sharing app in India with all the security proofs as per the government guidelines.
